Welfare & Benefit Enquiries

We work with you to make sure you are getting your entitlements, initial welfare benefits checks, form filling to representation at appeals and tribunals.

 

Housing Applications 

Whether your current living situation is unsuitable, or you are without a home – we will support you to find a suitable place to live.

 

Passport & Birth Certificate Advice 

We can assist with passport applications, offer guidance when applying first time or passport renewals. There is a nominal £10.00 administration charge for this service.

 

Training & Employment 

Looking for work or training opportunities? Would you like help with reading, writing or learning to use a computer or laptop?

Digital Inclusion

Interested in improving your digital skills? We offer help on a wide range topics across all devices. Get in touch with our team to find out how we can help you.

 

Social Inclusion

We can connect you to local activities, including group activities, yoga, mindfulness, Cuimhne memory support group and much more.

Cultural Activities

We encourage and promote Irish culture and heritage! We run a range of activities throughout the year from regular tea dances to seasonal events.

 

Criminal Justice

If you or a family member are in prison or in the Criminal Justice System we can support you through the journey, including settling in prison, transfers, release, parole hearings, family visits and more.

 

Students & Young people

Interested in connecting with Irish culture and communities? Or living as a student in Liverpool? We can help you discover all the city has to offer, from GAA clubs through to working closely with Universities and cultural partners on advice, welfare and exciting events.

 

Moving For Change

Irish Community Care is a membership partner within Moving for Change which exists to improve the quality of life for nomadic Gypsies and Travellers and the communities in which they live across the UK.
